This independent brand commerce agency has spent twenty years proving that brand and performance work better together than apart. With multiple client relationships that span over a decade, these brands have stayed because this approach delivers 86% sales increases and 98% year-on-year organic search uplifts, not just awards.

You’ll own the complete digital picture from paid media to organic social and social commerce, working directly with the Creative Director to unite brand and performance strategies. This means running Meta, TikTok, Google and beyond with real budget responsibility, growing organic channels as revenue drivers, and scaling TikTok Shops as a genuine commercial channel.

You’ll lead the digital team while staying hands‑on in the platforms: reading numbers daily, making optimisation calls, briefing creatives effectively, and ensuring paid, social, and commerce pull together rather than work in silos. Success means clients trust you to own the story – what's working, what isn't and what's next. You’ll control budget strategy across multiple accounts, manage marketing calendars across brands, and front client conversations on performance. At a 20-person agency, your decisions directly shape how brand and performance integrate across an incredible client roster.

The Package:

  • 25 days annual leave from day one, rising by one day per year
  • Annual personal training and development programme
  • Friday afternoons off from 3pm
  • Wellness allowance for gym membership, meditation apps or wellbeing activities
  • Quarterly funded team socials

The Person:

A performance marketing specialist with 5+ years of hands‑on platform experience, currently agency‑side. You’ve run paid media across Meta, TikTok, and Google with real budget responsibility, understand organic social strategy, and can brief creative teams effectively. You’re comfortable presenting performance data to clients and have experience leading or mentoring team members.

A more diverse team is a more creative team. It’s our job to build teams of people, and we’re proud to bring together a global network of diverse talent. All applicants will be considered without regard to race, nationality, religious persuasion, sexual orientation, sex, marital or parental status, physical ability, gender, or age.
