What We’re Looking For
A Digital Design Director who is well-rounded and well-versed in all things digital and motion, ready to push projects and people forward, getting the best out of those around you as well as each and every brief that comes your way. An expert when it comes to UI and UX design, we want to see your portfolio that outlines your design chops, and you’ll talk us through your leadership experience too. You’re someone who can take charge whilst remaining hands-on, the sort of person who can be involved in the day-to-day, whilst leading workshops and collaborating effectively. Forward-thinking and strategic, you’ll be big on emerging technologies, ready to stay ahead of the game. Ultimately, you’re a problem solver at heart, with an incredible knowledge of UX processes and methodologies, and a great set of people skills under your belt, too.
A more diverse team is a more creative team. It’s our job to build teams of people, and we’re proud to bring together a global network of diverse talent.
