The Position

Day to day, you’ll manage and develop large digital accounts, ensuring that projects are delivered on brief, meeting deadlines and budgets with ease, and always guaranteeing customer satisfaction.

Making the most of your solid understanding of the creative process, you’ll interpret client requirements and customer insights to help shape digital and website projects, as well as creative multi-channel campaigns.

Identifying opportunities and spotting challenges, you’ll stay one step ahead at all times, looking to ensure effective and innovative solutions, as well as to win new business.

You’ll utilise your exceptional communication skills to effectively convey information and build great connections, focusing in particular on nurturing lasting relationships with your clients.

What We’re Looking For

With a proactive mindset and collaborative approach, you’ll adapt to each account at hand, with your second-to-none people skills and keen eye for detail.

Organised with a genuine interest in digital and websites, you’re someone with a conceptual understanding of WordPress, plugins, APIs and web architecture. With a strong background working in a client-facing role within an agency, web development or something similar under your belt, you’ll have built up an impeccable set of written and verbal communication skills.

You’ll bring a ton of energy to your work and want to get involved with all the team has to offer. They’re a friendly and supportive bunch, so personality will get you a long way here!
