We’re hiring an experienced recruiter to join us in working with leading agencies and in-house teams across product, brand, digital, and motion. We’re looking for someone who knows this world, speaks the language, and wants to grow within it.

The role:

  • As a Recruiter at Craft, you’ll work across the fast-moving design market - owning delivery, growing your talent pool and building your own client relationships.
  • You’ll work closely with an Associate Director and Lead Recruiters, contributing to client development and helping manage briefs from first call to placement.
  • You’ll be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and placing top talent - keeping momentum high and standards even higher.

This is a high-energy role. Things move quickly, and success requires action. We’re looking for someone who thrives on doing - who responds fast, thinks clearly, and wants to make an impact. Experience recruiting in contract markets is a plus, but not essential. More important is your appetite to learn, take ownership, and grow.

Practicalities:

  • Based in our London HQ
  • Hybrid working - with at least two days a week in the office
