Most in-house roles ask you to make safer work, slower, for more people. This is the opposite.
The brand is led by people who came from places like Pentagram and Collins. The work ships in weeks, not quarters, with the budget to make it properly: exhibitions, large-scale events, print, not just another logo on a cup. You’d own your projects end to end, from week one.
The Role
You’ll own the visual communication behind the CEO and executive leadership – translating dense, strategic narratives into decks, infographics and presentations built to land at leadership meetings, industry events and company-wide forums. This is end-to-end ownership, from concept through final production, working autonomously with minimal oversight while holding the brand line.
The seat is a bridge: you sit inside the central creative studio but work directly with the executive communications team – that dual alignment is the role’s defining feature. You’re not waiting for slides to format; you’re expected to advise on how the most senior messages in the business get told by recommending formats, shaping the storytelling, deciding what a narrative needs to carry its weight.
The Package
£45,000 – £60,000
Remote-first, with a main hub in London
Clear promotion and development pathway
The Person
You’ve spent five or more years in presentation and executive-communications design, likely inside the brand team, creative studio or comms function of a large corporate, or at an agency doing high-end keynote work.
Your portfolio leans toward decks, data visualisation and making technical subject matter clear and modern. You’re fluent in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint, with motion a bonus, but most importantly, you’ve already worked directly with senior stakeholders, so you’re well-versed in taking strategic input from non-designers and turning it around fast.
