This is a leading food service marketing agency that’s consciously shifting from speed-focused delivery to craft-led creative work. Built from three established hospitality agencies to create unmatched sector expertise, they work with some of the world's biggest food and drink brands.

You’ll lead creative conceptualisation and execution in a B2B setting across major food and beverage brands, but this isn’t about polishing other people’s ideas – you’ll bridge strategy and craft, taking rich creative concepts and elevating them through design thinking and motion. You’ll mentor a small team of creatives while contributing to new business pitches and client presentations. The scope spans multiple concurrent projects with global brands, and there’s real potential to progress into the Design Director level within 6 – 12 months.

The Person

An exceptional creative with 6 - 8 years’ experience who has moved beyond pure execution – you understand how concepts evolve and can elevate ideas rather than diminish them. Motion design capabilities are strongly desired, and some mentoring or line management experience would be a real bonus for this one. A more diverse team is a more creative team.
