This is your opportunity to become the creative cornerstone of an ideas-driven design studio that partners directly with leading global brands within the luxury FMCG space. Founded on industry-leading experience, this is a place where conceptual thinking shapes every project from brief to delivery.

The Role

You'll own 3D visualisation and motion design across the studio's brand-led projects, creating sophisticated product renders and experiential visualisations that bring strategic thinking to life. This role positions you as the primary visual authority - developing briefs independently, defining creative direction, and ensuring quality output that matches the studio's reputation for excellence. The work spans interior and exterior environments, complex product visualisation, and motion-led brand experiences. You'll manage concurrent projects independently while collaborating with designers, writers, and strategists in an environment built on connection and creative challenge. This isn't production work: you're expected to contribute ideas, sketch thinking, and participate in shaping early creative direction.

The Package

  • Four-day working week
  • Full Christmas shutdown period
  • Learning and progression opportunities

The Person

You're a highly experienced 3D Motion Designer with a portfolio that demonstrates beautiful work across product renders and environmental visualisation. You're proficient in Cinema4D, Redshift and Octane renderer, with possible experience in Houdini or Modo. Currently working in a brand or agency environment, you're looking for a role where your creative input shapes projects rather than simply executing instructions. You're collaborative and social, ready to be the go-to specialist in a studio that values every voice. A more diverse team is a more creative team. It’s our job to build teams of people, and we’re proud to bring together a global network of diverse talent. All applicants will be considered without regard to race, nationality, religious persuasion, sexual orientation, sex, marital or parental status, physical ability, gender, or age.
