YOUR ROLE
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our global team. Reporting into a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee end-to-end content production and workflows within a highly automated and AI-enabled environment and manage the projects of a global FMCG, healthcare and beauty product client, handling multiple projects. Working on 360 campaign assets from start to finish, across all channels from digital to ecommerce and POS you will support across administrative tasks, quality assurance and creative excellence tasks. You will be responsible for timings, scope of work, meeting notes and project logistics.
Functions
- Partner with the Business Leadership to develop client relationships and assist with client management and communications, including meeting, scheduling and sharing contact reports and follow ups.
- Coordinate with the producers and creatives of the agency the quality and delivery times of the materials.
- Producing (and following) accurate timing plans, which should be agreed with all parties.
- Communicating client requests and project changes quickly and clearly.
- Coordinating different stakeholders from client and agency teams relevant to project success and to facilitate asset delivery.
- Leverage AI tools and automated workflows to streamline production processes, reduce manual effort, and improve efficiency.
- Maintain adherence to usage rights, licensing, regulatory requirements, and taxonomy standards across all deliverables.
- Ensure all assets are optimized for campaign performance and contribute to measurable brand growth.
REQUIREMENTS
- Solid experience in a production agency, managing digital campaigns.
- Deep knowledge of digital and TV production areas: TV & online video, display, email, commerce and social media campaigns.
- Proactive with a 'can do' attitude and solution focused.
- Well organized and efficient, and a demonstrated attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple projects/tasks at once.
- Significant experience of MS Office specially PPT.
- Strong knowledge of automated workflows, AI applications in creative production, and digital asset management systems.
- An enthusiastic team player.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Portuguese or French as a 3rd language will be a plus.
- C1 Level English (comfortable to hold daily communications via email and phone).
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering content that drives performance and supports brand objectives.
MINIMUM Requirements To Apply
- Production agency experience in a project management capacity.
- Healthcare, FMCG or similar sector experience will be preferred.
- A thorough understanding of the production process across all types of media.
- Solid communications skills and English skills.
