We are looking for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. This role is perfect for a chef who wants to develop their skills, work with fresh seasonal food, and progress towards Sous Chef in the future.
The newest addition to Craft Locals is currently undergoing extensive renovations and will open in March 2026. Located on the outskirts of Rickmansworth, just a short walk from the Aquadrome and Bishop's Wood Country Park, The Rose & Crown is a welcoming, country pub with deep local roots and a bright new chapter ahead. The pub is designed for relaxed pints, great food, and good company.

What you’ll be doing
- Running your own section with consistency and pride
- Preparing fresh, seasonal dishes to spec and high standards
- Working closely with the Sous and Head Chef on new dishes and specials
- Keeping the kitchen clean, safe and compliant at all times
- Supporting junior chefs and learning from senior team members
- Contributing ideas for menus and improving processes
What we’re looking for
