The Role

Our community of club members is at the heart of what we do, and this role offers the opportunity to play a key role in delivering a first-class customer experience. We are looking for someone who is available to work Monday to Friday and on weekends. Specific days and times required potentially varying month to month based on business needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Helping to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Responding to inbound customer enquiries via email and live chat on our help desk software, answering questions and resolving problems
  • Helping with some maintenance of social media channels and reviews
  • Assisting with upcoming projects of providing a more proactive outbound customer service via phone and email
  • Maintaining regular administrative tasks
  • Assisting with outbound logistics

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Have previous customer service experience
  • Understand the importance of delighting the customer
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Are a problem solver
  • Work well in a fast-paced environment and are able to work efficiently through high volume work
  • Have a passion for learning more about the drinks industry, in particular craft producers
  • Are self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work well as part of a small team in a busy environment

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Desirable

  • Experience with helpdesk platforms like Gorgias, Zendesk etc.
  • Experience working in a high-growth or startup environment
  • Passion for food & drink, hospitality or consumer brands
