CraftGinClub is one of the UK's leading premium alcohol retailers. Our mission is to get amazing impossible-to-find drinks into the glasses of discerning drinkers, whilst supporting the growth of artisan producers across the world. Our award-winning in-house team of experts curates and manages the whole process – and whilst we are principally known for our subscription service delivering incredible experiences to our customers every month, we also have a growing ecommerce store, which offers not only the products we source, but exclusive lines made by our own distillers and manufacturers.

As consumers' tastes evolve and the hospitality sector changes, we are expanding our offering and readying ourselves for a new period of growth – moving beyond gin into other spirits, and giving consumers more choice and more opportunity to have truly great experiences. The Growth Marketing Manager is a key role to help achieve this.

This role sits within the Sales Marketing department, specifically the Acquisition team, and will work closely with Brand, Website, CRM, Commerce, Tech, Customer Service, and our Product team. Sales Marketing is a core driver for moving our business forwards, responsible for improving our brand, forming new incentives, expanding and refining our offering, designing content, producing magazines, running adverts, acquiring new customers, and nurturing our database of customers.

The Acquisition team will be responsible for acquiring new users (into both our subscription and ecommerce funnels) and new traffic (for repeat sales through our ecommerce funnel). The team has two key goals: to maximise net revenue at as strong a ROAS as possible.

The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating advertising, planning and executing channel activity, deploying spend, monitoring performance, tracking results, and optimising our activities to be as efficient and effective as possible. The focus will be on acquiring high-quality customers across our paid marketing channels.

Requirements:

  • This is a hands-on, commercially focused role and would best suit someone who loves performance marketing and thrives in a test and learn environment.
  • Can balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution.
  • Has a curious, data-driven mindset and is able to find, identify and act on opportunities.
  • Has experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing, ideally within DTC, e-commerce, or subscription businesses.
  • Demonstrates strong experience with paid digital platforms such as Meta AdWords and Google Analytics.
  • Is used to working with performance marketing metrics (CPA, LTV, ROAS) and can scale channels sustainably.
  • Has great organisational and project management skills, with excellent communication skills.

THE REMIT:

  • Drive high-quality customer acquisition across our performance channels.
  • Support our Partnerships Affiliates team, channel managing the supporting agency, and carrying out end-to-end campaign management.
  • Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and forecasting, ensuring efficient spend and clear performance visibility.
  • Own the test and learn roadmap across all owned channels, including A/B testing of creative, offers, and audiences.
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, clearly articulating insights, opportunities, and risks.

Benefits:

  • Hybrid working – Wed/Thu in our Farringdon office, remote on Mon/Tue/Fri.
  • Flexible working hours.
  • 25 days holiday rising with length of service.
  • Weekly gin and rum tasting.
  • Generous staff discount on our online store.
  • Opportunity to take part in regular product tastings and attend industry events.
  • Real career progression opportunities, with the chance to grow as we do.
  • A collaborative, ambitious, and values-driven team environment.
  • Regular social events.
