A global independent design agency with 30 years of momentum is rebuilding after significant change. New leadership, new headquarters, and their biggest-ever investment in enterprise-level AI training signal a studio ready to grow again. They’ve won the design awards for the past 23 consecutive years and hand-deliver transformational results for every client.
You’ll own the entire inbound new business pipeline, managing £1m annual revenue target from qualification through to conversion. This means handling prospect relationships from first inquiry to signed contract – building proposals with internal strategy, creative, and client management teams, coordinating pitch presentations, and ensuring seamless handoff to delivery. The split is 80% inbound management and 20% outbound networking at industry conferences across Europe. You’ll work directly with the Senior Director of Business Development, influencing studio energy and momentum through pipeline activity. This role touches most departments and requires internal orchestration as much as external relationship management.
The Package:
- £65,000 – £70,000
- Hybrid working
- Commission structure
- Enterprise-level AI training investment
- B Corp certification
The Person:
A Senior New Business Manager from an agency background with proven business development experience in creative environments. You have the curiosity and confidence to understand client problems and the extroversion to motivate teams and network effectively. You’re building toward the Director level rather than already there.
