The Role
You’ll transform design concepts into production-ready artwork across every touchpoint that matters. This means leading the technical realisation of packaging and brand projects from concept through to print-ready production files — managing separations, finishes, and imagery with meticulous craft. The work requires you to troubleshoot and refine projects to the highest visual standard, while supporting the wider studio with colour work, asset creation, and retouch where needed. This isn’t pure execution — you’re directly shaping how concepts translate into final work that delivers both cultural relevance and visual craft standards.
