The Position
You will take ownership of the full brand design process, building, expanding, and evolving the full system while ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency. You’ll create high-quality visual guidelines across packaging, digital, retail, social channels, and communications, defining and implementing the look, tone, and rhythm of the brand and its output. You will blend brand storytelling with commercial objectives, working across graphic and video content and prioritising a cohesive and modern vision. Your focus will be on creating design that strengthens product education, conversion, retail performance, and customer lifetime value, transforming insights and data into creative that shifts perceptions and behaviours.
What We’re Looking For
A Senior Brand Designer who can take a vision and make it a reality! You should be an expert in commercial design and storytelling, with experience implementing visual strategy for organic content and social, creating social engines, and understanding how design can gain buy-in from audiences. You will be excited by the opportunity to take a brand and run with it. Additionally, you should have a strategic edge and a portfolio full of outside-the-box thinking and the ability to deliver something different.
