What’s on Offer? £35,000 – £45,000 Hybrid working Training & development budgets Plenty of perks Early finish on a Friday Enhanced maternity/paternity package Great holiday allowance plus birthdays off & scheduled increases Pension contributions The Position A can-do attitude and a real entrepreneurial spirit are key, so you’ll take each initial brief, work your way through the development and strategy stages, and collaborate effectively at each step to ensure the execution is nothing short of showstopping! You’ll take the lead on your projects, working on campaign planning and client presentations, facilitating meetings and providing inspiration. Constantly brainstorming, you’ll think of bright ideas to ensure client revenues are maximised, briefs are within budget and internal goals are hit. Confident in your communication skills and a natural people person, you’ll be able to oversee the more junior people in your team, mentoring and guiding them and setting an example by going above and beyond to ensure each account is ticking along perfectly. What We’re Looking For With a hunger to learn and immerse yourself, you’ll be ambitious, energetic and ready to jump right in. Organised with immaculate attention to detail, you’ll be steered by commercial growth but paired with a perfect understanding of the whole picture – the sort of person who is resourceful and purposeful, ready to drive each account forward by working positively with internal teams and clients alike. Agency experience with a big focus on digital for a cross-marketing mix is important here, so you’ll be able to talk us through the successes you’ve created for a range of clients. Any food or drink projects in there would be particularly ideal for this one!
