The Role
You’ll be the principal day-to-day contact on a household-name food and drink portfolio – owning client relationships, campaign delivery and commercial performance. That means leading strategic direction from brief through evaluation, bringing strategy, creative, media and digital in early to shape work rather than sign it off, and building annual growth plans against measurable revenue targets. You’ll be the client’s first port of call, approving scope, pricing and commercial commitments, holding P&L accountability, and coaching junior client services team members too. The role sits one level below Group Account Director, on a defined path toward it, and there’s also potential international exposure through the account.
The Package
£60,000 – £70,000 Hybrid working: three days a week in the office
The Person
You’re a Senior Account Director with proven experience working across agency client services at a B2B, integrated or FMCG shop. You’ve run established accounts end-to-end – timings, budgets, delivery – and you’re ready to be the name a big client trusts. Food or drink experience helps but isn’t essential.
