A fast-growing luxury FMCG brand with an established international retail presence across premium department stores and specialist retail chains is expanding their in-house visual merchandising capability at a significant moment of global growth.
The Role
You’ll own end-to-end visual merchandising projects from briefing through to installation, managing timelines and stakeholder communications throughout. Day-to-day, this means curating VM designs, including POS materials, 3D visualisations, and spatial planning layouts – working closely with graphic designers and 3D specialists to bring concepts to life. You’ll work strategically with retail partners across premium and FMCG channels to plan installations that align with brand guidelines and drive commercial performance, briefing and managing external suppliers to develop VM fixtures and display solutions, and overseeing production quality and delivery timelines. Spatial planning sits at the heart of this role – optimising brand presence and product visibility across varied retail environments. The role includes supporting international retail programmes and global rollout execution. You’re operating as a project leader and creative partner – someone who shapes how the brand presents itself at point of sale across international markets – rather than a people manager.
The Package
£55,000 – £65,000 Onsite working Annual bonus Private medical insurance including dental, vision, vaccine and fertility cover Excellent wider benefits package
The Person
You’re an experienced Retail Design Manager currently working within premium retail or FMCG, with a track record of managing retail partnerships with major retailers rather than in-store merchandising. You’re skilled at briefing external creative specialists and comfortable managing complex international VM rollouts. You operate effectively as a project leader – working with suppliers to execute installations from concept to delivery – and you’re ready to join a fast-growing brand at a moment of significant retail expansion.
