The Position
Proactive and confident, you’ll be an expert at communicating with people at all levels – making sure all individuals across multiple teams are managing and utilising their time effectively.
You’ll think strategically about resource planning and management, aware of the steps needed to productively liaise with the teams, prioritise tasks, and manage deadlines to guarantee briefs are fulfilled to the highest standard.
A natural problem solver, you’ll meet any challenges that arise with efficiency and expertise. Aware of workloads, you’ll work hard to ensure the smooth running of teams, tasks, projects, and the agency as a whole.
What We’re Looking For
An absolute master at all things organisation, you’re a proactive worker, someone who feels right at home in a fast-moving environment where no two days are the same.
Ready to hit the ground running, you’ll have a solid knowledge of how creative, development and marketing teams operate, from UX and product design all the way through to motion, front-end and back-end development and performance marketing.
We want a confident decision-maker, someone who is passionate about the creative process and output, with a keen eye for detail. You’ll have a proven track record of impeccable resourcing and management skills, motivated by project and team successes!
