The Position
Day-to-day, you’ll support the Managing Director by attending key meetings both internally and externally, taking accurate and concise minutes and meeting notes, and compiling and circulating actions and follow-ups. You’ll take email, diary and calendar management under your wing, ensuring schedules run smoothly by really utilising that beady eye for detail.
Organisation is another strong point for you, so you’ll plan and coordinate internal events, process expenses, respond to enquiries, print, scan and file documents and contracts, as well as create and improve systems and processes that make the business run even more efficiently.
You’ll be a real trusted point of contact for those around you, jumping in with a helping hand wherever needed, really enjoying the culture, team and making the most out of a place where no two days are the same!
What We’re Looking For
We’re after an experienced Personal Assistant who is confident, proactive and adaptable. You’ll absolutely know your stuff when it comes to high-level admin and business support, and you thrive in a lively environment with plenty of moving parts.
Bringing to the table bucketloads of passion, initiative and the ability to work closely with senior leadership and managing sensitive information with discretion as and when required, you pride yourself on your ability to read a room effectively.
Last but not least, if you have a background in the hospitality, events or retail space, this would be a real bonus for this one, as it’ll help you to really get to grips with the environment and lively atmosphere this role will bring!
