A creative agency that’s built something most of their size haven’t managed: a specialist reputation that reaches beyond the UK. More than 60% of their work now comes from US-based medtech clients alongside global brands spanning consumer electronics to entertainment. What started as a production company has grown into a full-service agency with consistent year-on-year growth.

The Role

You’ll be the operational backbone that keeps this 20-person creative agency running smoothly. This is genuine variety: managing health and safety compliance and processing supplier invoices one day, coordinating IT support, handling HR administration through their system, and managing everything from insurance renewals to office services the next. You’ll work directly with the managing director and co-owner, acting as the first point of contact for operational issues while the creative teams focus on client work. The role covers the full spectrum – from new starter onboarding and holiday tracking to expense processing and equipment procurement.

The Package

  • £30,000 – £36,000 pro rata
  • Part-time position: 10 – 15 hours per week
  • On-site working
  • Enhanced pension scheme
  • Private healthcare insurance
  • Early finish Fridays
  • Birthday off

The Person

We’re looking for someone with solid administrative experience across different business functions, who thrives on variety. You’ve likely managed multiple operational areas before – perhaps in a smaller business where you wore several hats, or in a larger organisation where you supported different departments. So, if you’re an Office Manager looking for a part-time role, this is 10 – 15 hours per week with complete flexibility on how you structure those hours across the working week.

Office Manager employer: Craft Agency Ltd

Join a dynamic creative agency that not only boasts a specialist reputation but also offers a vibrant work culture where your contributions truly matter. With a focus on employee well-being, enjoy benefits like an enhanced pension scheme, private healthcare, and the unique perk of early finish Fridays, all while working in a collaborative environment that encourages personal and professional growth.
