Overview: This is a North East independent that has spent two decades proving the best creative work doesn’t have to come out of London – and it has the client roster and over thirty industry awards in three years to back it. The full creative process, motion and 3D included, sits under one roof. And the studio is employee-owned – which means the person who joins gets an actual stake in what they help build.
The Role: You’ll own ambitious 3D and motion graphics jobs end-to-end, from interrogating the brief through to broadcast delivery, for global brand campaigns across a portfolio that includes household FMCG names, a heritage motorcycle marque and one of the biggest spirits brands in the world. You’ll lead cross-departmental productions, set the standard for production-ready output, and present directly to clients.
The studio is integrating generative AI into an established craft pipeline – not bolting it on, and not replacing the craft. You’ll be the senior voice shaping how things work, running research & development on bespoke workflows and pipelines as they evolve.
The Package: £40,000 – £50,000. Hybrid working: four days in-studio, one flexible. Employee ownership. International travel for campaign shoots. A 20-strong creative team working across global markets.
The Person: You’re a Senior 3D Motion Designer at least 6 years into your career, from an agency studio, production house or in-house content team, producing broadcast-grade work. After Effects, Premiere Pro and Cinema 4D are second nature, you’ve carried large jobs from brief to broadcast without dropping quality, and you’re already curious about where AI meets craft.
