The Position

Bringing the brand to life through motion, animation and storytelling, you’ll deliver beautifully crafted work that goes above and beyond expectations. You’ll build innovative new brand motion styles and campaigns across both web and digital, working your magic across product marketing, social, campaigns, ads, events and much more. Looking to own and evolve the motion and animation output for the agency, you’ll help to define how motion is used to capture attention and communicate messaging effectively, pushing the boundaries of the brand identity where possible to keep your design ahead of the curve.

What We’re Looking For

A seasoned and proactive Motion Designer with an all-hands-on-deck approach and a good few years of experience under your belt already. You’ll have an exciting and varied showreel which highlights your strong aesthetic taste, motion experience, plus your Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma skillset. We’d love to know more about what programmes you know your way around, as well as your willingness to learn and drive to improve. It’s important you’re enthusiastic about great design and ready to jump straight into collaborating seamlessly with the team around you, inspiring and encouraging the production of truly exceptional motion work all around.
