The Role
You’ll author motion across genuinely different work in the same week, what could be a video series for a global tech client, or a motion system for a startup identity one day, is content for a major platform or a digital experience the next. The craft demands stay constant: typography, pacing, composition, rhythm. Some briefs hand you a complex existing system to work within; others are yours to build.
You’ll work alongside designers, writers and strategists from concept through delivery, within this 360 design studio, while also mentoring the existing motion team along the way. You’ll present and defend your thinking to clients directly, confident in your ability to articulate ideas and speak with confidence.

The Person
You’re an experienced Motion Designer, with between 4 – 7 years of experience, paired with an impressive, varied portfolio from motion systems to motion for content – your reel shows taste, craft and proof of concept. Tech-client experience is a must.
You’re comfortable originating ideas and executing them, working within established systems as readily as from scratch. You’re looking for that step up, into a senior individual contributor who shapes a discipline.
