The Position

With a keen focus on sales and growth, you’ll deliver against talent and brand sales quotas by nurturing and growing existing partnerships as well as driving new business through brand and talent outreach. A natural leader, you’ll be a line manager who supports and challenges, someone who is attentive in 121s, providing guidance where needed and keeping a beady eye not just across your team, but all talent management campaigns too. You’ll manage and approve lots of different workflows, from talent selection, briefing and deliverables all the way through to talent-related campaigns and brand contracting. You’ll collaborate on strategies, oversee logistics and play a key role in sales meetings, P&L reviews, quarterly planning and post-campaign reporting, too.

We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Talent and Brand Partnerships Lead, someone who can join the team and really take hold of the reins. It’s important that you’re someone who is confident to take the lead, comfortable in senior conversations, ready to talk costings, negotiations and strategy, all perfectly paired with the know-how to engage ongoing relationships and build new ones from the ground up. This one is all about hitting goals, staying organised and getting things done. If you’re someone who knows how to get the best out of people and partnerships, and can bring a positive and ambitious attitude to the table at the same time, then we definitely want to hear from you!

A more diverse team is a more creative team. It’s our job to build teams of people, and we’re proud to bring together a global network of diverse talent.
