The Position Working your magic across all aspects of the design process, you’ll be a champion of big ideas and bold thinking – bringing creative flair and a clear rationale to every project you work on. You’ll have a clear and comprehensive understanding of art direction and craft – able to comfortably brief and lead projects, proactively offer creative input and knowledge, present ideas to clients and ensure deadlines are met. Always ready to lend a helping hand, you’ll encourage those around you and really help to foster a positive working environment, focusing internally as well as collaborating successfully with external clients too, looking to build and maintain effective relationships with everyone who crosses your path.
