The Position

You’ll think strategically about resource planning and traffic management, aware of the steps needed to productively liaise with the teams, prioritise tasks, and manage deadlines to guarantee briefs are being fulfilled to the highest standard. Working closely with the creative and client services teams around you, your attitude will be collaborative and confident, overseeing various projects and crafting coherent and personalised approaches. You’ll be an expert at communicating with people at all levels – making sure individuals across creative teams are utilising their time effectively, and meeting challenges with efficiency and expertise. Aware of workloads, you’ll ensure the smooth running of teams, tasks, projects and the agency as a whole.
