The Role

You’ll own the quality, direction and consistency of everything the Experience Design team produces – from visual and UI work through to research, journeys and interaction design.

Leading an established multidisciplinary team your job is to raise the ceiling: to make sure design intent holds all the way through to delivery.

You’re expected to give credible direction across both creative and UX without being hands‑on in every specialism.

The Package

  • £50,000–£60,000
  • Hybrid working
  • 25 days holiday, plus your birthday, plus the option to buy up to five more

An experienced design leader from an agency background – You’ve managed multidisciplinary teams across both creative and UX. You’re credible with senior stakeholders: leading Discovery, presenting to boards, contributing to pitches, and comfortable with the commercial realities of scoping and estimating. You know Figma, and design systems well, and you’re already experimenting with AI tooling in your practice.
