This is a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting digital agency and work on a global sports fashion brand account, starting in December/January on a 3-month fixed-term contract. As a Freelance Senior Designer with a focus on digital marketing, you’ll play a key role in shaping the visual identity and execution of multi-channel campaigns for global launches.
You’ll design high-performing creative for paid media, email, and on-site placements, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and visual impact across all digital touchpoints. You’ll translate creative direction and strategy into digital-first visuals that drive performance and collaborate with the strategy, performance marketing and CX teams to align creative with audience insights and journey stages. You’ll also help to develop and refine campaign toolkits and templates in Celtra, supporting scalable and repeatable design solutions that regional teams can adapt easily.
This one has the opportunity to be temp-to-perm if that’s something you’d be interested in, and we’re looking for people Manchester-based who are willing to work remotely.

What We’re Looking For
We’re after a Freelance Senior Designer with a digital or marketing focus, ideally within eCommerce or performance marketing, so you know exactly how to design engaging campaign assets for paid, owned and earned channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Email, .com, and App), and you ensure brand consistency, accessibility, and platform compliance across all assets. We’d love to see your strong portfolio that showcases your campaign work across digital channels, as well as a proficiency in Celtra, Figma, and the Adobe Creative Suite. An understanding of conversion principles, creative testing, and localisation workflows is key here, and any experience with motion graphics or short-form video formats would be a real bonus, too!
