Established for nearly 100 years, this family-owned confectionery manufacturer behind some of the nation’s most loved sweet brands is looking for an Artwork Coordinator to own the systems and processes that keep 122 live products accurate across major retail platforms. You’ll be the go‑to systems expert for over 50 internal stakeholders, managing the workflows that multiple departments depend on rather than simply coordinating within existing frameworks.
The Role
You’ll lead the full lifecycle of artwork, packaging and product imagery from concept through to print and launch, acting as the central quality gate for accuracy, compliance and consistency. The systems ownership sets this role apart. You’ll manage workflows and automations that support interdepartmental collaboration and marketing processes – becoming the expert that all the departments rely on. You’ll also manage product data integrity across retailer platforms, ensuring accurate imagery and specifications reach the shelves of every major supermarket chain. Working with heritage brands that include the country’s number one sugar confectionery brand, you’ll deliver 100+ pieces of artwork annually while sitting at the intersection of technical, regulatory, suppliers and external partners.
The Package
- £38,000 – £45,000
- Hybrid working: 3 days a week in the office
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Sports & socials club
- Huge investment in learning & development
- Great progression plans, bonus scheme
- Fantastic employee-first culture
The Person
Someone currently working in artwork coordination, packaging operations or creative project management within FMCG, retail or consumer brands. You’ll have 2 – 4 years managing artwork workflows and supplier relationships, with experience using project management platforms and understanding regulatory compliance requirements. Now, you’re ready to move beyond executing instructions into contributing ideas and shaping how artwork systems scale with business growth.
