Craft’s London business is set for its biggest year yet – and we’re hiring a Senior Recruiter to be part of that growth. We’ve built a presence and momentum – trusted relationships across brand and design agency clients, a talented team, and an ever-growing community.
The role involves stepping into a warm, growing desk – backed by trusted relationships and an enviable client base. Working closely with our London Directors and senior counterparts, you’ll take ownership of briefs across the brand and design landscape – with a focus on strategy, client services, agency growth, and leadership roles.
Our goal is for every recruiter at Craft to build a deep, defined specialism. We’ll work with you to hone, simplify, and grow a market that breeds success and scale. You won’t be expected to arrive as a finished article, but you will be someone who’s drawn to expertise – who wants to understand a market properly, and who brings energy, consistency, and commercial edge to a team that’s moving fast.
How we think about performance
We work in a market where reputation matters. Relationships last. So when we talk about high performance, we mean:
- Consistent results, delivered with care and judgement
- Quality decision‑making under pressure
- Commercial impact that strengthens relationships
This role could be right for you if you:
- Are an experienced 360 recruiter, comfortable owning the full lifecycle
- Enjoy senior‑level conversations and thinking beyond the immediate brief
- Care about building genuine, long‑term relationships
- Take pride in doing things properly
- Are ambitious, not just for yourself, but for the quality of work you put into the world
At this level, success is measured by how you raise standards, deliver results, and contribute to Craft’s reputation in the market. We see financial success as a result of those high standards.
Life at Craft
You’ll be joining a highly experienced team, with an average of 10.5 years in recruitment. We invest heavily in enablement, brand, systems and support functions – so you can focus on what matters. Progression here is clear, transparent, and built around impact. From Senior Recruiter-level, there are pathways into market leadership or people leadership, depending on where your strengths and interests lie.
Practicalities
Based in our London HQ. Hybrid working – with at least two days a week in the office.
What we offer
We believe people do their best work when they’re supported properly – in how they work, how they grow, and how they’re rewarded:
- Competitive base salary + uncapped, transparent commission
- 4.5‑day working week. Friday afternoons off, all year round
- Flexible working hours
- 25 days annual leave
- Work from anywhere – up to two weeks per year
- Clear progression – defined expectations and structured routes forward
