The Role

You will develop insight‑led strategies and creative propositions for integrated campaigns spanning brand, performance, and communications planning. Your work includes creating value propositions and messaging frameworks grounded in audience insight, briefing creative teams, critiquing work through to delivery, and presenting strategies and creative work to clients. You will run meetings independently, lead on communications planning—including channel strategy and user journey mapping—and ensure client engagement across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, email at scale, direct mail, corporate sales support, and emerging platforms such as VR. Working closely with the Strategy Director, you will contribute to new business pitches, propose solutions directly to clients, and play a meaningful role in the agency’s continued growth in London and New York.

  • Resilient, proactive and commercially minded with a focus on finding solutions rather than waiting for direction
  • Presence to own a client relationship from day one
