The Position
You’ll spend your time creating sophisticated web interactions, animations, scroll effects, and micro-interactions that elevate the user’s experience. You’ll design and develop dynamic motion prototypes that bring digital experiences to life. Applying design principles, you will create digital experiences that are user-centred, intuitive, engaging, and responsive. Client collaboration is key, as you’ll present design concepts, interactive solutions, and motion prototypes directly to clients, helping them understand the journey and solutions provided.
What We’re Looking For
An enthusiastic Lead Digital Designer with a passion for design and creative flair. An expert in interface and prototyping design, familiar with motion prototyping tools such as Protopie and Framer, as well as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD. Strong mentoring experience is essential, able to inspire and develop those around you while managing your own workflows and capable of working autonomously when necessary.
