The Role
You'll own the complete growth engine – managing the performance marketing budget across 6 markets where your decisions directly impact revenue, not just lead volume. This means full accountability for customer acquisition cost and conversion through a genuinely complex funnel: from paid acquisition through consultation booking, attendance, and final program close.
This is director-level strategic responsibility managing high-value customer journeys, you'll identify and resolve drop-offs across the complete funnel, from creative performance through consultation attendance rates. You'll lead two digital marketing managers covering paid social, search, and technical implementation while partnering cross-functionally with CRM and Brand heads. The scope includes proactive budget reallocation based on real-time performance data.
