Sitting in the Brand team, you’ll bridge creativity and engineering, helping the studio explore new ways of creating, expressing and scaling brands. This is not a traditional digital production role. Instead, you’ll work alongside strategists, designers, writers and creative leaders from day one, helping shape concepts, systems and experiences that push brand creation forward.

You’ll bring emerging technologies into the heart of our creative process, developing prototypes, tools, systems and experiences that create genuine commercial value for clients. You’ll help move beyond technology for technology’s sake, demonstrating how engineering can strengthen brand strategy, unlock new creative possibilities and build long-term business impact.

Shape the Future of Brand Creation
  • Embed creative coding, AI and generative technologies into the brand creation process from concept through delivery.
  • Partner with strategy, design and creative leadership teams to explore new opportunities for technology-led brand thinking.
  • Develop innovative approaches to identity systems, visual languages, brand behaviours and interactive brand experiences.
  • Prototype, test and evolve ideas that help redefine how brands are built and expressed.
  • Run talks, workshops, offsite’s and knowledge-sharing initiatives across the business.
