The Position
Shaping the commercial and strategic direction of the work and delivery here, you’ll split your time expertly between client & venture leadership, team & delivery, strategy, insight & thought leadership and commercial & growth contribution. Overseeing large-scale venture projects and teams, you’ll play a key role in developing the venture capabilities and output, keeping your beady eye not only across delivery, but portfolio impact, quality and commercial outcomes, too. You’ll take ownership of senior stakeholder relationships, leading the design, governance and execution of their venture strategy, building and partnering, guiding each client through critical decision points with skill, demonstrating the clear value and measurable impact of each stage of the process.
What We’re Looking For
A strong strategic mindset combined with the ability to not only translate ambiguity into structured, actionable plans, but also communicate that vision with confidence and energy is exactly what we’re after with this one. You’ll have experience leading and developing multiple project teams simultaneously, and a really solid background across venture building, venture capital, corporate innovation, management consulting and startup product teams. You’ll be entrepreneurial and highly credible, more than comfortable holding your own in rooms with senior stakeholders.
