This 20-person creative agency is working with some of the world’s most recognised brands alongside cutting-edge med tech companies that are reshaping healthcare. While most agencies this size serve regional clients, this team works with global names and US-based accounts that represent up to 70% of their client base.
You’ll shape content and social strategies across this diverse client portfolio, translating insights into performance-focused campaigns that work across websites, social platforms, and blogs. One day might involve developing a brand strategy for a 3D surgery technology company, the next executing social campaigns for a major paint manufacturer or planning content for a global audio platform. You’ll lead strategy development from insight through to execution, conducting audience research, building campaign frameworks, and refining content based on performance data. The scope varies significantly: sometimes working independently on defined briefs, sometimes leading client discovery sessions, sometimes collaborating in teams of 2 – 10 people, depending on project needs.
