This is the senior hand behind a digital agency’s most ambitious builds. The kind of projects that start as a budget and an objective and need someone to turn that ambiguity into a launched platform.
With a mission to become the most successful employee-owned agency in the country, and numbers that are moving in that direction, this is an incredible time to join this dedicated team of talent.
The Role
You own end-to-end delivery of the agency’s largest and most complex digital projects: integration-heavy platform builds with logged-in areas, payment flows, back-end systems and data, alongside content-rich rebuilds with large stakeholder groups. Budgets typically sit around £200,000, with lifecycles of six to twelve months.
The project management function is small, so you’ll be on the agency’s most significant work from day one, and you’ll shape how those projects are planned and delivered across the business. You’ll own delivery governance, commercials, and change control, and partner with technical leads to translate constraints into buildable plans. The culture is deliberately collaborative: a PM here facilitates and consolidates specialist viewpoints rather than commanding. Authoritative when a difficult client conversation needs it, open the rest of the time.

The Person
You’re a Senior Digital Project Manager, likely six or more years in, running complex website and platform builds at a digital or integrated agency. You’ve handled data integrations, authentication and personal data, and projects in the 2,000 – 3,000+ hour range.
You’re comfortable starting from a loose brief and carving out requirements, budget and timings yourself, and you can lead a hard client conversation. Line management experience is a plus.
