Crafting pioneering marketing strategies to get the right people noticing their clients, they’re looking for a Brand & Digital Designer who can make the most of their expertise to help brands align their offline and online identities.
The Role
You’ll own brand and digital design end to end across a varied portfolio: identity systems, web, motion and campaigns. You’ll generate and pitch your own concepts, internally and directly to client teams, and shape creative direction from early strategic thinking through to finished work.
You’ll sit alongside the Creative Director on the kind of projects that get presented at industry events rather than buried in process, and you’ll mentor junior designers and lift execution across the studio’s two creative arms.

The Person
You’re a Designer with around five years in a studio or brand agency small enough that you’ve dealt with clients directly. Your portfolio shows conceptual thinking and systematic brand work, not just polish – modern typography, sophisticated art direction, process behind the output.
You present your own rationale confidently and run concurrent projects without supervision. B2B or tech brand experience makes you a strong fit, as does fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
