The Role
You will orchestrate complex brand and communications projects from insight through to activation, working with clients across energy, corporate reporting, and behavioural change campaigns. This means leading project delivery for private, public and government sector clients, managing multiple concurrent programmes under tight timelines, and translating strategic objectives into delivery briefs that align creative output with business goals. You will own budget management and financial forecasting, identifying and mitigating risks before they become problems. The role requires building and maintaining relationships with high-profile clients while working alongside the creative team to ensure strategic alignment and delivery excellence. You will be expected to demonstrate resilience and problem-solving capability when projects move at pace.
