The Role
Growing to an £11 million turnover through four strategic acquisitions in three years is no mean feat. But that’s exactly what they’ve done here, by building cross‑functional squads that eliminate traditional agency silos. Performance creative at scale is reshaping how DTC brands approach paid media – and you’d be working at the front of that shift.
You’ll own the creative strategy for a defined portfolio of paid media clients, moving between traditional campaign management and modern performance creative approaches across Meta and TikTok. This means developing compelling ad concepts, writing actionable creative briefs for AI and human creators, and launching campaigns at pace using performance data rather than approval cycles.
You’ll build and run testing frameworks – hypothesis, execution, analysis, rapid iteration – directing creators at volume and analysing on and off‑platform performance to identify what works next. The cross‑functional squad structure places you alongside a Success Manager and channel specialists, with real autonomy to make, test, and iterate without waiting for direction.
Your client portfolio spans fast‑growth DTC brands and complex enterprises, with full P & L accountability for creative strategy outcomes. You’ll work closely with the Lead Creative Strategist to develop team processes, but this is hands‑on work where you think strategically, produce quickly, and own accounts end‑to‑end.

The Person
You’re a senior‑level Performance Strategist currently working in paid social or performance creative at a DTC‑focused agency or brand. You have hands‑on experience with AI production tools and manage campaigns directly in Meta and TikTok Ads Manager. More than comfortable producing creative at volume rather than traditional campaign cycles, and you have a proven track record of connecting creative decisions to commercial outcomes across eCommerce brands.
