You’d be the person who makes that credible: the one who lets the team say "we can do that in-house" and mean it.
The person leading this build is a multidisciplinary designer whose own strongest suit isn’t motion. That’s the point. They want a partner who owns animation outright, and someone they can learn from in return.
The Role
You’ll lead motion graphics and animation from brief to delivery, working independently on concepts and staying close to leadership as the department takes shape. The creative team is being spun into a standalone profit-centre, so you’re not executing inside an established system; you’re helping decide how it operates.
Work spans education, property, recruitment, government, automotive and travel. Your toolkit: After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator. 3D, print or videography are a bonus.
