The Person
A Designer 1 – 2 years into their career, likely junior level at a small-to-mid agency or recently graduated with commercial experience. You’ve been doing motion work but want more ownership and involvement in the creative process rather than pure execution tasks. Helping shape motion principles for this in-house creative studio at the world’s largest automotive services organisation. They’re writing the rules for how motion works across their portfolio – and as their Junior Motion Designer, you’ll help define those standards rather than inherit a locked system. This is rare territory for a junior role: creative input from day one, working alongside a Senior Motion Designer and Creative Director who defend creative standards and invest in developing their team. The organisation has recently secured its largest European deal to date with a global manufacturer – momentum that translates into ambitious briefs and proper budgets.
