The Role
You’ll work on live creative briefs from day one – not translations or production tasks, but genuine conceptual work alongside a Creative Director who believes in giving juniors real responsibility. Property branding forms the core, though the aim is to balance toward fifty-fifty with brand identity work over time. The philosophy is that every job should be portfolio-worthy, so you’ll bring that ambition to everything from logo refinement to floor plan design. You’ll be part of a boutique team working on projects that range from smaller commissions to larger briefs that compete directly with top-tier agencies.
The Package
- £28,000 – £32,000
