The Position
Leading a cross-functional squad, you’ll deliver ongoing development and improvements, ensuring work is well-planned, clearly scoped and delivered both on time and within budget. You’re someone who enjoys running a tight delivery operation, coordinating team members to deliver consistently high-quality outcomes, keeping a beady eye across squad coordination, delivery standards and performance. Managing structured backlogs and release cycles across multiple accounts, you’ll ensure work flows efficiently and clients have clear visibility of progress, priorities and outcomes. You’ll work in a clear and structured manner, focusing on continuous improvement and development.
What We’re Looking For
An organised and proactive Delivery Manager with an excellent set of communication and stakeholder management skills, perfectly paired with strong technical literacy and a thorough understanding of development workflows and eCommerce platforms. You’ll have experience managing multiple workstreams at once, particularly ongoing website or eCommerce development retainers and running release-based delivery across multiple clients. A solid background working as a Delivery or Project Manager is key here, as we’re after someone who knows how to take ownership of outcomes and communicate clearly with clients and internal teams alike.
