The Position
Leading the business growth and development, you’ll support the team around you by adding value and strategic thinking to everything that crosses your path. You view everything as an opportunity, and you’ll stay alert, ready to introduce new ideas and internal processes to enhance the day-to-day.

You’ll spend time mapping potential clients, prospecting new clients, building relationships from the ground up and nurturing existing client partnerships. You’ll be proactive within meetings, confident in your voice and ability to get people on side and excited about the future.

You’ll speak with conviction in your ideas and your team, and you’ll work with integrity – you’ll know when to follow through, and you particularly know when to walk away from clients that don’t align with the company’s values.

What We’re Looking For
We’re after a talented and enterprising Business Development Manager – someone who can not only talk the talk but can walk the walk.

You’ll be able to talk us through all your background working directly with clients, we want to hear about your wins and successes, but also examples of challenges you’ve overcome. An understanding of sales, new business and marketing is key here, and any internal comms experience would be particularly welcome, too!

Most importantly, you’ll be a self-starter and a proactive collaborator, someone with a positive mindset and the ability to keep on top of everything to ensure expectations are exceeded.
