The Position

A pro at building and cultivating long-term relationships, you’ll work across a range of projects to ensure business growth. Your focus will be on generating leads, pursuing client opportunities, and seeking new challenges.

You’ll manage all business and marketing activities, from handling inbound enquiries and networking to outreach and newsletter management. You should be proactive, confident, and persuasive.

You’ll immerse yourself in the studio’s world, working across sectors like B2B, life sciences, tech, sustainability, transport, and exploring new areas like FMCG. You’ll play a key role in driving the agency’s growth.

Understand client needs, stay on top of trends, and lead by example to push the business forward.

What We’re Looking For

We seek a talented Business Development Manager with experience in a creative branding agency. You should be able to demonstrate how you’ve worked directly with clients, sharing your successes and challenges.
