This strategic branding agency builds its own brands. They’re launching into major US and UK retailers, while delivering commercial results for clients who’ve stayed with them for nearly a decade. They’ve just had their strongest quarter in years and are scaling their strategy function to match growing demand from global brands seeking disruption over convention.
You’ll own strategy projects end-to-end with minimal supervision, working alongside one other strategist in a team that prioritises impact over process. This means leading client workshops, interrogating briefs to uncover genuine insights, and developing propositions that inspire rather than follow formulas. You’ll translate strategic thinking into creative briefs that guide the design team, then stay involved through execution to ensure work stays on brief.
The Package:
- £40,000 – £60,000
- Hybrid working
- 28 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Performance-related bonus
- Training and inspiration days
The Person:
