A B-Corp-certified oral care brand that designs everything itself, from packaging, retail and OOH, through to email, web, and paid social. Packaging and innovation are being brought back into the creative team’s remit, which opens up concept and artwork that most brand design roles at this level never touch. The business is pushing into the US, so you’re joining at a point of genuine momentum.

The Role

You’ll take the creative direction set by the Lead Designer and Head of Creative and turn it into polished, on-brand work across every channel a customer encounters: web, paid social, email, retail, print, packaging and OOH. The work spans static and motion, and runs across several projects at once. A meaningful part of the day-to-day is digital execution – paid ads and email are constant. But you’ll also contribute to the evolution of the brand’s design systems, and as packaging work returns to the team, you’ll get real exposure to concept artwork.

The Package

  • £36,000 – £58,000
  • Hybrid working
  • Annual personal development budget
  • 4 ‘Work from Anywhere’ weeks
  • Summer Fridays
  • 25 days’ leave + bank holidays + a birthday day
  • Healthcare and dental
  • Employee Assistance Programme: free therapy and coaching

The Person

You’ll have roughly two to four years’ experience inside a consumer brand, DTC business or agency. You’re fluent in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, comfortable preparing artwork for production, and a genuine all-rounder rather than a single-channel specialist. You take direction cleanly, work at a pace, and bring your own ideas to the table. You’ll likely thrive here if you’re steady, bought-in, and ready to broaden beyond digital.
