This boutique studio has built something rare in hospitality design: true end-to-end capability. While most agencies specialise in one discipline, this team handles strategy, branding, digital design, and interiors under one creative vision. Five years in, they’re working with some of the world’s largest hotel groups and the independent operators reshaping hospitality. The agency is regularly pitching against the most established names in hospitality design, winning major global projects, and has recently hired a top‑tier PR agency to close the reputation gap. You’d join at the right moment to help shape how a growing studio operates.

The Role

You’ll manage the studio’s project pipeline across 14 people, reporting directly to the Managing Director – this means real influence over how projects run and genuine input into studio operations. The work spans the full spectrum of hospitality clients, from global hotel groups to independent restaurants. You’ll be the primary client contact for established relationships, presenting confidently to senior stakeholders and managing complex, multi‑disciplinary projects from concept through to opening. Beyond client delivery, you’ll gradually take on broader studio management responsibilities: coordinating workflows across four service lines, planning schedules, and helping solve operational challenges as the agency scales.

The Package

  • £40,000 – £55,000
  • Hybrid working: four days in studio, one day flexible
  • Clear progression pathway mapped to your career direction

The Person

You have 3 – 4 years of agency experience managing multiple client projects at a mid-level, ready to step up to senior responsibility. You’re comfortable being a primary client contact, confident presenting to senior stakeholders, and interested in broader studio management alongside project delivery.
