The Position
Leading client accounts with ease and confidence, you’ll work to evolve existing relationships as well as identify, develop and convert new opportunities for the agency. You’ll challenge and interrogate briefs, taking the time to truly understand your clients and their needs to provide solutions that go above and beyond expectations. Commercially astute with a creative and strategic mindset, you’ll maintain an overview of all workstreams and keep up to date with progress, deadlines, targets and budgets. Proactive and ready to inspire, you’ll manage and develop the client services team, supporting and mentoring junior members to push themselves and the agency towards great things.
What We’re Looking For
An approachable and highly organised Account Director with an enthusiastic nature, a passion for branding, plus a drive for excellence. Reliable, personable and a fantastic communicator, you’ll know how to build trusting and highly valued relationships with clients and internal teams, present and distil information, and communicate effectively to ensure stellar results. You’ll have worked in top agencies with a background in the design industry, and ideally, you’ll have experience successfully working on alcohol and tobacco accounts.
