The Position
Leading client accounts across a large and diverse portfolio, you’ll work to evolve existing relationships and identify, develop and convert new opportunities for the agency.
Providing strategic direction and planning, you’ll challenge and interrogate briefs, taking the time to really understand your clients and their needs, and working hard to provide solutions that go above and beyond expectations.
You’ll be commercially astute with a creative mindset – able to maintain an overview of all workstreams and keep up to date with progress and financials, whilst also appreciating the value of good design.
What We’re Looking For
An approachable and highly organised Account Director with an enthusiastic nature and drive for excellence.
You’ll have some solid experience working in top agencies already, and an impressive background in the design industry – you’re absolutely someone able to evaluate creative work and support its development with ease and efficiency.
Reliable, personable and a fantastic communicator, you’ll know how to build trusting and highly valued relationships with clients and internal teams, present and distil information, and communicate effectively to ensure standout results.
